Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Make a Return

1. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Package your items safely and securely in a sealed box.
4. Mail your product to: 8N/1, Eight Acres, Pitumpe, Padukka, Sri Lanka

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers), intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and downloadable software products.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@laqsouthasia.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
