LaQ is generally designed for ages 5 and up. Depending on the difficulty of the sample work, there are products for ages 3 and up or 7 and up. LaQ Pax and LaQ HEART are specifically designed for ages 3 and up.
The No.1 and No.2 parts of LaQ and LaQ HEART are made of ABS resin, widely used for electrical appliances due to its durability. No.3, 4, 5, 6, 7 parts and LaQ Pax are made of POM resin, which is used as a metal alternative material due to its excellent rigidity and wear resistance.
Troubleshooting & Usage
Some older manufactured products had joint parts prone to cracking. We have improved the materials in our current products. If you have broken parts on your product, please contact us. Note: We do not support counterfeit products or items purchased through recycle shops, flea market apps, or online auctions.
If you make the wrong front and back of the Hamakron mini wheel, the parts won't rotate. Check both sides of the parts and insert the shaft from the back (the side without patterns).
Hold the part with both hands and pull it out horizontally. For the black rubber part, push it out from the front (the side with patterns on the white part). We also offer the 'LaQ Freestyle Parts Remover' for easier removal.
